Anthologies/Series

Cascadia Field Guide

Cascadia Field Guide, edited by CMarie Fuhrman, Elizabeth Bradfield and Derek Sheffield. A fabulous union of artworks, poems and essays about Pacific Northwest plants, animals and landscapes.  I was actually one of the early poets whose work was included in the pitches to publishers (which is how I ended up with two poems in here — “Prairie Lupine” and “When they looked at you breathing, they saw scarlet wings.”)  The anthology was the winner of the Pacific Northwest Book Award and a finalist for the Washington State Book Award.

Buy it at Mountaineers Books or Amazon.
